This Privacy Policy describes how Raze ("we", "our", "the Bot") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Discord bot, web dashboard, and related services.

By using Raze, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot or provide any personal data.

We collect the following categories of data strictly for service functionality:

Account & Identity Data

• Discord user ID, username, discriminator, and avatar URL

• OAuth2 access tokens (stored securely, used only for API calls)

Server & Guild Data

• Server (guild) ID, name, and icon

• Channel IDs and names where the Bot operates

• Role IDs and permission configurations set via the Bot

Activity & Usage Data

• Command invocations and timestamps (for cooldowns and analytics)

• Message content scanned by AutoMod filters (not stored after processing)

• Voice channel connection data (for music playback only)

• Giveaway participation records

Configuration Data

• Anti-nuke thresholds and whitelists

• AutoMod filter settings

• Custom embed designs

• Server-specific bot preferences

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Providing and maintaining bot functionality (security, music, moderation)

• Processing commands and displaying results

• Storing your server configuration via the web dashboard

• Anti-nuke audit logging and threat detection

• Improving bot performance and reliability

• Communicating critical service updates via your server

We do NOT use your data for:

• Targeted advertising or marketing

• Building user profiles for third parties

• Selling or renting data to any entity

• Tracking activity outside of Raze's intended features

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.

Data may be shared with:

• Discord Inc. — through standard Discord API interactions required for bot operation

• Infrastructure providers — our hosting and Lavalink node providers process data solely to deliver service (e.g., VexaNode, cloud hosting)

• Legal authorities — only if required by valid legal process or to protect against imminent harm

All third-party providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services:

• Server configurations — retained while the Bot is in your server, deleted within 30 days of removal

• User preferences — retained until you request deletion or remove the Bot

• Command logs — automatically purged after 30 days

• Giveaway data — retained until the giveaway concludes, then purged after 7 days

• OAuth2 tokens — deleted immediately upon logout or token refresh

You may request immediate deletion of all your data by contacting us through our Discord support server.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/SSL

• OAuth2 tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256

• Database files are stored on secured, access-controlled servers

• Regular security audits and dependency updates

• Principle of least privilege for all system access

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our web dashboard uses local storage (not cookies) to store your authentication token. This token is used solely to maintain your login session and is never shared with third parties.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. The only browser storage used is your OAuth2 session token in localStorage.

Raze is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If we discover that a child under the applicable age has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Right to access — request a copy of all data we hold about you

• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data

• Right to erasure — request complete deletion of your data

• Right to restrict processing — limit how we use your data

• Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our Discord support server. We will respond within 30 days.

Raze operates on infrastructure that may be located in countries outside your own. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws.

We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for all international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where required.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our Discord support server or through the Bot's dashboard.

Your continued use of Raze after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
