Terms of Service

By inviting Raze ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using any of its commands, features, or dashboard services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must remove the Bot from your server and cease all use immediately.

These Terms apply to all users, server administrators, and developers who interact with Raze in any capacity. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Raze is a Discord bot providing advanced server security (anti-nuke, automod), music playback (Lavalink-powered), giveaway management, embed creation, and a web-based dashboard for server configuration.

The Bot operates across multiple Discord shards and clusters to deliver low-latency protection and audio streaming. All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

You must have a valid Discord account and appropriate server permissions (Manage Server or Administrator) to configure the Bot via commands or the dashboard.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Raze. By using the Bot, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Bot owners and developers using the Bot's API or dashboard are responsible for ensuring their integrations comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Policy.

You agree NOT to use Raze to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or servers

• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Bot's systems

• Use the Bot for any illegal activity under applicable law

• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Bot's services without authorization

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access and potential reporting to Discord Trust & Safety.

Raze collects only the data necessary to operate its features. This includes server IDs, channel IDs, user IDs, message content (for automod filtering), and voice state data (for music playback).

Collected data is used exclusively for: providing bot functionality, anti-nuke audit logging, automod processing, music queue management, and dashboard display.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, Lavalink nodes) solely for service delivery.

Raze's source code, designs, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of the Raze development team. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Bot without explicit written permission.

User-generated content (custom embeds, server configurations) remains the property of the respective server administrators.

Discord server data accessed by the Bot remains subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and data policies.

You may remove Raze from your server at any time by using Discord's built-in bot removal or the /kick command. Upon removal, all associated server data is purged from our systems within 30 days.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to Raze at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the service, other users, or Discord's platform.

Termination does not entitle you to any refund of any kind.

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Raze may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, Discord outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any data loss, service interruption, or damages resulting from downtime or unexpected outages.

Scheduled maintenance will be announced in our Discord support server when possible.

Raze is provided without warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Bot.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $0 if you have not made any payments.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Raze development team from any claims arising from your misuse of the Bot.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our Discord support server or the Bot's dashboard.

Your continued use of Raze after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use and remove the Bot from your server.
